How to Book Leave:

To schedule your time off, simply access the employee self-service portal and submit your leave request. Include your desired start and end date for the holiday. Requests should be made at least two weeks in advance to facilitate scheduling and approvals.

 

Accrual of Leave:

Annual leave accrues monthly, with the full entitlement calculated pro-rata for your first year based on your start date. Review your accumulated leave anytime through the employee portal.

 

Selling/Buying Leave:

We offer flexibility with your leave entitlement. You may sell back excess leave or purchase additional days. To sell leave, notify HR during the annual leave sale period. For extra leave, apply via the employee portal, subject to approval based on business needs.

 

Carry-Over:

Unused leave can be carried over to the following year within specific limits detailed in our leave policy. It is, however, encouraged to take due rest annually.
